By purchasing from Khatori, you agree to the following terms.
1. General
These terms apply to all sales made through Khatori, including our website and any other platforms we use. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
2. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full before processing. Payments are securely processed via Stripe, our trusted payment provider. We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
3. Processing & Shipping
Processing times are stated at checkout. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed Express and typically arrive within 3 to 7 working days. International orders are sent via DHL and typically arrive within 5 to 10 working days.
Shipping times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the hygiene nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.
If you receive a faulty product, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue. We assess each case individually. Where a return is approved for a faulty item, it must be sent back unused and in its original packaging within 7 days of approval.
5. Hair Care & Liability
We provide hair care instructions for all our products upon request. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, dyeing, bleaching, or styling that alters the original state of the hair.
6. Custom Orders
Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit before production begins. Once confirmed, custom orders cannot be changed or refunded.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy and only use personal data for order fulfilment and communication. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
