SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Every Khatori order is dispatched with care from the United Kingdom.
 

Processing and delivery times are as follows:
 

UK Delivery Royal Mail Tracked & Signed Express — £10 flat rate 3 to 9 working days from order.
 

International Delivery DHL Express — calculated at checkout 5 to 10 working days from order.

 

International customers may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes on arrival. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Custom Coloured Units — sent to our colourist before dispatch, delivery as above.

Custom Orders — subject to processing times before dispatch, delivery dependent on area as above.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch and we'll look into it straight away.
 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the hygiene nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
 

Every unit and bundle is inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our standard. We're proud of the quality of what we send out, and we're confident you'll feel the same when it arrives.
 

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at support@khatori.co.uk or via the Customer Support form on our contact page within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence of the issue.

We assess each case individually and will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible. After 48 hours, we are unable to investigate damage or fault claims.
 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders are processed immediately to get them to you as quickly as possible. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.
